Lakopac Kennels is also proud of its working Malamutes who have attained their Working Weight Pulling Dog certificates: WWPD Ch. Lakopac's Chief Thunder Cloud, WWPD Lakopac's Winter Woodsong, WWPD Lakopac's Winterdancing Niko, WWPD Lakopac's Snowball's Chance N'L. These Mals ran on a recreational team for 5 years along with Lakopac's Knock Out (lead dog) and Lakopac's Arctic Kaleidoscope covering over 600 miles of NJ trails with both wheel rig and sled. They all have done numerous dog fund raisers and school demonstrations with the NJ Sled Dog Club teaching the public about the Alaskan Malamutes and their ability to pull a sled. Also their temperaments are excellent with other dogs and with people. Currently the most recent Mals are working in agility, obedience and rally too. Lakopac's Chance of Hiawatha, CGC/TDI, RN, RL1 has completed over 50 hrs. visiting nursing homes and schools and is now retired. Shiloh is Lakopac's new therapy dog. CH. Lakopac's Kinguyakkii (King) CGC, NJP, NAP,NFP, RN,BN, L1 PLT title 1,000 points (CPE title agility) CPE Level 3 WCR L1A title is doing agility work. Litter sister Lakopac's Polar Aurorae (Rori) CGC, RN, BN, NJP, NAP CPE Level 1 has retired and is cheering on her kids Shiloh and Koda Bear.
